Tuition
The program tuition is $475 ($100 nonrefundable) payable in full at the time of registration. Your tuition covers all the following:
- Intensive instruction in wirework technique with three nationally recognized wirework artists and teachers.
- The opportunity to complete three incredible pieces of wearable art.
- A Meet the Teachers Reception. Get to know your instructors and fellow retreatants in an informal setting. Enjoy desserts prepared by a master pastry chef.
- The chance to explore the Bay Area's vibrant nightlife.
- Lunch on Saturday and daily continental breakfasts.
- A custom embroidered Hooked on Wire tool case (first time retreatants only).
- Gifts galore, including daily door prizes. -- We're still finalizing the collection of gifts and door prizes we will be giving to retreatants. At previous retreats, one retreatant won a full set of Tronex tools. Other retreatants won wire in many gauges; Swarovski bead color boards; a project kit from each of our featured instructors; a Swarovski goodie bag; various wireworking tools; and a year's subscription to Simply Beads, to name just a few.
Note: The tuition does not include the cost of the optional evening classes. The evening classes cost $35 each. They will be held onsite or at The Beading Frenzy (transportation provided).
Students also have the option to attend one or more individual workshops at a cost of $150 for the workshop. Workshop tuition only covers the cost of attending the workshop. It does not cover the cost of the Meet the Teachers Reception or the Saturday brunch. Students registering for individual workshops are not eligible for prizes or gifts.

Before You Register
All the projects in this Retreat
are intermediate level. Before attending the retreat, students
must be proficient at basic wire wrapping, coiling, and making
flat spirals. In addition, students must know how properly to open
and close jump rings. More generally, students should be
comfortable with wire working tools and working in gauges from 16
to 28.
If it has been several years since you've used
your wire working skills, before arriving at the retreat, please
take a refresher course or practice your skills using as a
reference any of the many excellent wire working instructional
books currently available.

Payment Options
Payment can be made by personal check payable to Hooked On Wire, or by credit card through PayPal. (No PayPal account required). PayPal instructions will be posted here the evening of April 29th.
Important: Your place in the retreat is secure only after payment in full has been received. Retreat registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If we receive your payment after the retreat is full, you will receive a complete refund of your tuition payment.
We will email confirmation of program acceptance within three weeks of receiving registration and payment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you are attending the full retreat and are unable to attend the retreat, contact The Beading Frenzy as soon as possible. If you cancel before July 10th, we will refund your tuition less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel after July 10th and if the event is full, we will refund your tuition less a $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee if we can find someone to fill your place. Registered spaces are fully transferable, however, so you can send someone in your place as long as she or he brings a completed registration form. No refunds are available for students attending individual workshops.
